"The Forgotten Wells" centers around a tough, go getting, no holds barred television reporting team. If there´s an action story on the wire, Peter Savage and his crew will be there, in the thick of it. Any place, any time, Peter Savage gets a kick out of courting danger! Rumour has it that the boy, now full grown man, is alive and lives a half animal, half human twilight existence. Nobody´s seen him but neither was a body ever recovered. Speculation, stories of hauntings, local superstitions and the like, have created a mystery and a legend. Savage is finally faced with the awesome decision of either subduing a fascinating, astonishing and horrifying story, or raking up a familys dubios and disturbing past and being hunted and chased.
